Luiz Sotero is co-founder of Navega Tech and leads the company's technology and engineering practice. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, in France and brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling software systems, having served as CTO at Enviou, where he took system uptime from 80% to 99.9% and managed infrastructure handling over 60 million daily requests, and at Uqbar, a leading fintech education platform. At Navega, Luiz acts as Fractional CTO for clients across industries, advising founders and executives on technology strategy, team structuring, architecture design and legacy modernization, delivering the senior technical leadership that most growing companies need but rarely have in-house.

Rodrigo Alhadeff

Co-Founder & Director of Data & Automation

Rodrigo Alhadeff is co-founder of Navega Tech and leads the company's data, automation and AI practice. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management with majors in Marketing, Finance and Strategy, and a degree in Engineering. Before founding Navega, he spent nearly a decade at Grupo Santander leading commercial planning, CRM and data intelligence for billion-dollar portfolios, and served as Controller at Livraria Cultura. At Navega, Rodrigo acts as solution architect and strategic partner, conducting operational diagnostics, designing data architectures and leading automation projects that have eliminated hundreds of manual work hours per month for clients in logistics, accounting and marketing.

João Santos

Co-Founder

João Santos is co-founder of Navega Tech and leads the company's commercial and operations practice. He holds a degree in Management and an MBA from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, and brings over 12 years of entrepreneurial experience across marketing, technology, solar energy and health, with a background that also spans multinational oil distribution and supermarket retail chains. João first encountered Navega as a client, through his own company Omero, a digital authority and influence consultancy. After seeing firsthand the impact of Navega's automation work on his business, he joined as a partner, bringing with him a rare combination of commercial instinct, operational breadth and a founder's understanding of what it takes to scale a company.
